Resolved: I requested a free trial from BritBox. I was in Netflix on a Roku TV. I have called both of those companies and they show no free trials on their books. They said BritBox must have it. HELP!!!
- - BritBox login showed no accounts, so I created one.
- - I still can't cancel and I'm frustrated.
- - I won't pay charges after the free trial; need help.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally found that Prime was the place that took my order and I was able to cancel. I apologize for the inconvenience.
BritBox said to get into my account and it showed no accounts, so I made an account. Now I have an account and still cannot cancel.
I am 80 years old and very frustrated. Since Netflix and Roku have no records for a free trial, it must be associated with BritBox.
I will not pay any charges from BritBox for future usage after the free trial. Please advise.

I can't access any BritBox shows because it always comes up with "Not the right format" on all shows. Seriously thinking of canceling my subscription
When I select any show on BritBox it always comes up with something is wrong with the format. You've got to be kidding.

I have a account with britbox and my tv...
i was just looking to get code sent to my computer so i can reconnect my tv it was working 3 days ago now screen is black and i cant seem to get this resolved i will be cancelling, was going to upgrade not now
i have a account with britbox and my tv is not conneted tv goes black so i cant get code trying to get code sent to my computer email address instead and when i try to get support for this why do i have pay to get a code sent to my computer, the tv was working with account 3 days ago now nothing. and i have had an account for several years and considering upgrade but if i cant get code sent to computer because of the black screen then i will cancel my subscribtion

Difficult to cancel
It wasnt easy to cancel
My Australian Brit Box subscription. I am back in the U.K. and tried to cancel as per instructions but it wouldnt let me open the page, saying that I couldnt access it from the U.K.
very frustrating until I googled that I couldnt cancel and so
Pissedconsumer sorted it for me.

I renewed my subscription through BritBox. My TV did not recognize it.
I live in South Carolina. It took me a minute to get to a person, but my satisfaction is beyond belief. I was helped immediately answered a few questions. Try to sign back in and it worked I was getting it on my cell phone, but not on my Roku TV which I think was the problem.
Im extremely happy with my results and I love BritBox because of the quality of shows, no cussing, the mysteries are phenomenal. I really dont watch any other TV except British TV thank you for your quick response BritBox.

We love our BritBox TV however we cannot get true. Customer Service help when we need it.

Don't buy the annual plan. They change the rules on you mid year & you'll be stuck!
- - Annual plan purchased, now a premium plan requires extra payment to binge episodes.
- - They won't renew the subscription.
I think it is absolutely disgusting that after purchased my annual plan, you introduced your premium plan which now makes me have to pay extra to binge all the episodes like I used to do. Absolutely disgusting! I won't renew with you!

Preferred solution: I think I should be made a Premium Customer for the remainder of my annual subscription.
User's recommendation: Don't buy the annual plan! They introduce new tiers after the fact & you will have to pay more & you can not cancel. You will be stuck!

BritBox is not working, just swirls. Can't get any help with the app.

Not able to watch the whole movie forcing to upgrade
Unable to watch the whole movie, the app forces us to upgrade to premium. It is outrageous how you deal with your subscribers.
